Silicon Waha Offers Usufruct Land Plots in New Technology Parks

The plots, with areas starting from 1,000 square meters, are located in the following technology parks:

New Borg El Arab
New Assiut
Sadat City
This announcement follows the company’s recent achievement of an 81% overall occupancy rate across its various technology parks at the start of 2025.

Silicon Waha affirmed that this milestone is part of its strategy to develop integrated technology parks that meet the latest international standards.
The goal is to drive digital transformation, attract investments, and create direct and indirect jobs in different governorates.
As part of its regional expansion plans, the company also announced the availability of fully-equipped spaces for technological manufacturing within the New Assiut Technology Park.
Additionally, it offers fully finished buildings suitable for various activities in software development, electronic manufacturing, and call centers in both the New Assiut and Sadat City parks.
Silicon Waha has invited local and international investors interested in expanding into the Nile Delta and Upper Egypt to explore the opportunities available in these areas.
