Ryan: Egypt Ranks Fifth for Second Consecutive Year as Preferred Customer Service Destination
Egypt has maintained its fifth position for the second consecutive year in the list of preferred Customer Experience (CX) service destinations for 2025, serving as a key location for customer service managers in companies across North America, Western Europe, and occasionally the Asia-Pacific region.
India topped the list for the third consecutive year in 2025, according to a survey conducted by Ryan Strategic Advisory.
The firm surveyed 819 contact center leaders across 12 markets in Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America during the first quarter of this year.
Each participant in the survey was asked to provide their preference level for a list comprising approximately 50 diverse options for offshore contact center services.
According to Ryan, India ranked first or second among participants in English-speaking locations and has established a strong position in the Asia-Pacific region.
Meanwhile, the Philippines is the second most preferred offshore destination in 2025.
Unsurprisingly, it was highly rated by CX operations leaders in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
It was also the most preferred location among participants in Singapore and South Korea, indicating its nearshore appeal within the Asia-Pacific region.
Poland shared third place with South Africa in the list of top locations for contact center services. Warsaw performed well in Germany and the Netherlands, where it was ranked among the most preferred, and it is also among the top five choices among interim CX leaders in the United Kingdom and Italy.
Despite South Africa’s decline from the second position it held last year, it remains the top choice for contact center leaders within organizations in the United States and Australia, and it ranks a close second in the United Kingdom and Canada.
Malaysia remains among the top five preferred offshore business options this year, largely driven by positive ratings from participants in Australia, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
This destination also achieved good results in the United States and the United Kingdom.
According to the Ryan report, as the second half of 2025 approaches, many are questioning how offshore services will continue to evolve, especially as geopolitical tensions, climate change, and economic uncertainty fuel their concerns about the most suitable destinations from a business continuity perspective.
