Included “Foundever” and “Teleperformance”… Peter Ryan’s Whirlwind Visit to Egypt for a Week

“Ta3heed” newsletter has learned from informed sources that Peter Ryan, CEO of Ryan Strategic Advisory and one of the most prominent international analysts in the outsourcing industry, visited Egypt from January 26 to 30.
The visit aimed at exchanging technical expertise and reviewing successful experiences in Egypt’s business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
According to sources in the information technology sector, Ryan began his visit by inspecting the headquarters of the global company Foundever at City Stars Mall in Nasr City.
This was followed by a field visit to Teleperformance in New Cairo on Monday, January 27.
The sources further revealed that Ryan’s agenda also included a visit to Xceed’s headquarters in Smart Village on Tuesday, January 28, before concluding his tour at Octopus Outsourcing in Alexandria.
It is worth noting that Egypt ranked fifth, alongside Morocco, in the 2024 Front Office CX Omnibus rankings for top offshore customer experience service locations, according to a survey conducted by Ryan Strategic Advisory.
The survey included 750 enterprise contact center buyers from 11 key markets: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The survey was conducted via phone in the local language of the participants, who were asked to assess the suitability of over 40 nearshore and offshore destinations for delivering contact center services to their respective markets.
