Winners HR Outsourcing Services targets 30% increase in revenues
Winners HR Outsourcing Services Company aims to increase its revenues by 30% during the current year by attracting new clients and expanding into new fields.
Shaimaa Fouad, the company’s president, said that Winners was established 6 years ago and plans to expand into new areas, including hiring and training workers at the highest level to export qualified human cadres to the labor market outside Egypt, in addition to helping the largest companies in Egypt organize events that help quickly spread their ideas and services and deliver them to customers.
Fouad explained in statements to the “Ta3heed” newsletter that her company will work on developing an effective marketing strategy inside and outside Egypt to increase awareness of its services, in addition to improving and raising the technical capabilities of its employees, noting that Winners has a sister entity in Saudi Arabia
She added that Winners aims to focus on the government and petroleum services sectors within Egypt, large-scale projects such as road and bridge development companies, the subway, and strategic industries such as iron and steel, among others, in addition to attracting international clients from abroad.
She pointed out that her company has 21 clients distributed between Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates in various sectors including logistics, the medical sector, software solutions, insurance and the banking sector.
