Ta3heed Newsletter has learned that Siddharth Gupta is set to take over as the Regional Director for Africa at InTouch CX.
Indian Siddharth Gupta has many experiences in the field of HR, most notably as a certified trainer in CBI and BBI “competency-based interviews and behavioral-based interviews”.
He also has experience in branding programs, implementing automation projects, and formulating diversity and inclusion hiring policies.
Prior to his nomination for the new position, Gupta was Vice President of Human Resources at InTouch CX, and before that he was Director of Innovation Solutions at SOTI, Asia Pacific, from 2020 to 2024.
