TTech begins trial operation of its site in Maadi Technology Zone (Photos)
TTech, an American outsourcing services company, has begun the trial operation phase of its site in Maadi Technology Zone, in preparation for its official opening before the end of this year.
Amira Bassiouny, Country Manager, TTEC Egypt, said that the site consists of two floors that include 637 customer service employees on an area of 5,380 square meters.
In exclusive statements to Ta3heed Newsletter, Bassiouny explained that TTech currently serves two clients, one in the field of financial services and insurance and the other specialized in business services, transportation and e-commerce.
She added that her company provides customer service in various languages, including Arabic, English, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and Turkish.
She pointed out that TTech International has operations in more than one country around the world, namely America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Philippines, India, Britain, Australia, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece and Egypt.
She added that the company also has a presence in other small countries, namely Costa Rica, Colombia, Jamaica, Argentina, Spain, Serbia, Ireland, New Zealand and Malaysia.
It is noteworthy that the outsourcing team conducted a tour a few days ago inside the TTech headquarters before its official opening to learn about the interior designs of the call centers and the technical and entertainment equipment to ensure the comfort of employees during work.
