Transcom launches an AI-powered machine translation tool
Ahmed Gamaleldin, Transcom’s regional director for outsourcing services, said that the company has implemented a technical solution using artificial intelligence to provide machine translation in cooperation with Parloa in order to provide this feature to the company’s major clients.
He added that Parloa helped Transcom deliver a unique machine translation solution using AI, and as a result, the company has 3 more clients keen to explore AI solutions for more than 20 languages.
Gamaleldin explained that employing modern technologies such as artificial intelligence in the outsourcing industry enhances the client’s strengths.
