intelcia aims to reach 5,000 employees in Egypt during 2025
An outsourcing bulletin learned that the Moroccan company intelcia for outsourcing services aims to reach 5,000 employees in Egypt by 2025, compared to 1,700 currently.
It is known that intelcia began its activity in Egypt in early 2023 and has two branches, one in the Borg El Arab Technology Zone in Alexandria and the other in the Smart Village in 6th of October City.
Sources said that the company is currently looking to attract qualified human cadres from Egypt who are proficient in more than one foreign language in the technology services sector.
According to Nidal Afaid, the company’s director in Egypt, in previous statements, Intellesia was established in Morocco in 2000 and works in providing all types of outsourcing services, including developing technological applications, explaining that the company employs about 40,000 employees in 17 countries located on 3 continents around the world.
Avid added that Egypt is one of the major countries in the outsourcing services industry due to its strong infrastructure, qualified human resources, and high level of education, indicating that the company is betting on Cairo as a gateway to expansion in the markets of the Arabian Gulf region.
