Multiple companies, both local and international, in Egypt have announced their need to hire young employees of both genders for call center agent positions. Call center agent jobs are considered among the most suitable options for fresh graduates and, at times, even for university students.
Customer service jobs do not require specific academic qualifications or specialized skills, but rather focus on communication skills, eloquence, and self-control, especially for those providing services in Arabic.
For call center employees speaking English, proficiency in the language is sufficient to earn attractive salaries. Meanwhile, those speaking other foreign languages, such as German or French, receive higher salaries.
The companies seeking call center employees this week range from large to medium-sized companies, with notable ones including Oppo and E-Nable.
