Jimmy Ayoub is the Customer Service Executive at A-Tech Global Services. With over 30 years of experience in inbound and outbound communications, chat, analytics, AI and social media, Jimmy plays an active role in setting up services for clients who need fast and tailored solutions to their daily customer experience needs.
Jimmy has been featured in numerous publications, including CIO Review, Contact Center Pipeline, and Connections Magazine, and has been named one of CIOLook’s “Top 10 Business Leaders Transforming Their Industry in 2023,” “Top 20 Influential People to Follow” on Twitter by Iwantitnow, and recognized as one of ICMI’s “Top 25 Thought Leaders of 2023.” He is also a 2023 CX Hall of Fame Inductee for Outstanding Leadership Contribution.
