“Aura” Successfully Achieves 2025 Growth Targets Through Three Key Pillars
John Gerges, CEO of Aura, stated that 2025 was a year that combined both challenges and achievements.
According to Gerges, the market witnessed intense competition in the outsourcing services sector, characterized by the entry of new companies, rising quality standards, and the diversification of provided solutions.
He continued: “Despite this competitive momentum, 2025 marked a significant milestone for us, as we began implementing our clear strategy focused on local and international expansion, increasing headcount, and enhancing operational capabilities.”
He emphasized the company’s success in realizing a major part of this vision, while continuing to strive for higher levels of growth in the coming years.
He explained that the company’s 2025 strategy was based on three main pillars:
Local and International Expansion.
Increasing Headcount and Operational Expansion.
Growing the Customer Base and Increasing Business Volume.
Aura managed to achieve actual growth across these pillars, successfully increasing its workforce to reach 1,600 employees.
Regarding the operational infrastructure, he said: “We were occupying only one floor within a building in Silicon Waha – Beni Suef, and during 2025, we acquired all the remaining floors in the building to bolster our expansion. We also hired 590 new employees.”
The CEO added that business volume with the company’s existing clients increased, and they successfully attracted new clients from both local and international markets.
Aura succeeded in creating approximately 600 new job opportunities during 2025 to support the expansion of operational sites and the increase in project volume.
The company expanded in Beni Suef by acquiring an entire building belonging to Silicon Waha, instead of the single floor it previously occupied. Additionally, it opened a new branch in Nasr City to serve offshoring accounts within Cairo.
Meanwhile, at the Zahraa El Maadi site, the company succeeded in expanding the volume of business with existing clients without adding new ones.
During 2025, Aura successfully added 6 new clients, including 4 international companies and 2 local ones, reflecting the success of the local and international expansion plans adopted by the company during the year.
