Salesforce Middle East General Manager: Egypt’s Potential is Promising, and the Average Age of Workers is a Fertile Ground for Companies

Mohammed Al Khotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce in the Middle East, stated that the content presented by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology during the Global Outsourcing Summit included important messages reflecting the significant maturity reached by the outsourcing and IT services industry in Egypt.

He noted that the average age of workers in the sector is around 35 years, which represents a fertile environment for digital and non-digital companies to invest and expand in the local market.

It has a workforce of over 80,000 employees worldwide, working to develop technological solutions that support major institutions in multiple sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.

He explained that Salesforce’s presence in Egypt is facilitated through a network of local partners who implement the company’s solutions across various governorates, serving both government institutions and the private sector.

He indicated that the company sees promising growth potential in the Egyptian market, thanks to its young human talent and growing expertise in digital transformation and remote customer service.
