Qualifications required for a customer service employee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It is preferable for the customer service officer to hold a bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce, Arabic Business Administration Department, or commerce, English Business Administration Department, or foreign trade, Business Administration Department, or management information systems, or management, accounting department, or a two-year commercial technical institute. He must also obtain training courses in quality systems concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer service officer may be inexperienced (fresh graduate), or have one year of experience. He must be fluent in spoken and written Arabic and be proficient in expressive writing.
