SkyBound CX, the British-based outsourcing services provider, has announced its intention to assign the lease of its headquarters located in the B-Square administrative mall on Nasr Road, Nasr City, to a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khaled Yassin, Founder and CEO of SkyBound CX, stated that the facility spans 500 square meters and comes fully furnished and “ready-to-operate” immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He further clarified that the company has completed all necessary high-end finishing and infrastructure works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an exclusive statement to “Ta3heed,” Yassin noted that the location is ideally suited for Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that the lease assignment agreement will be formalized directly with the B-Square building management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth noting that SkyBound CX serves as the outsourcing investment arm of the Esnad Global Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parent group operates across six diverse sectors, including energy, food, and agriculture, with a presence in the UAE, the United Kingdom, Sudan, and Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is currently planning to inject initial investments into the Egyptian market ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, SkyBound CX aims to expand its footprint into Alexandria and is set to launch multilingual outsourcing services in Spanish and German by the third quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n
