In exclusive statements to the “Taaheed<\/mark><\/strong>” newsletter, El-Kiki explained that Egypt currently ranks as the third-largest country for the company in terms of business volume, following India and the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He noted that the most significant growth originated from international markets, while local business operations remained stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added that the company created the equivalent of 800 new job opportunities in Egypt by increasing the operational capacity of its existing sites in Cairo and Alexandria, without opening any new locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He also revealed that 2025 witnessed a marked increase in the client base, particularly within international sectors such as telecommunications and tourism, describing the current year as highly successful for Sutherland in Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El-Kiki pointed out that Sutherland now provides its services from Egypt through a workforce of 7,500 employees and 6,000 seats.
