Amr Sobhy, President of Concentrix Egypt, stated that 2025 is one of the most distinguished years in the company\u2019s history, both globally and within the Egyptian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He noted that Concentrix’s strong performance during the year reflects its ability to adapt to global changes and its continued commitment to providing genuine added value to its clients and partners across various markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sobhy explained that on a global level, the company recorded significant financial growth. Q3 business results revealed revenue expectations for the 2025 fiscal year ranging between $9.798 billion and $9.823 billion, with constant currency growth between 1.75% and 2.0%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that these figures reflect the resilience of Concentrix’s business model and its ability to operate efficiently in a highly competitive environment while maintaining stable service quality for clients worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the local front, the President of Concentrix Egypt confirmed that the company achieved major milestones during 2025, led by the creation of more than 4,000 new job opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This brings the total workforce to over 22,000 employees across various operational sites nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He pointed out that the company maintained an internal promotion rate exceeding 5%, reflecting the strength of talent development programs and career paths adopted by Concentrix to empower its human capital and motivate professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sobhy noted that throughout the year, the company continued to expand its client base in the Egyptian market, now supporting more than 76 leading global brands across diverse sectors, including Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, E-commerce, Healthcare, and Travel & Tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that Concentrix Egypt currently provides its services in 13 different languages, enhancing its ability to meet the needs of global markets from Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regarding expansion plans, Sobhy explained that growth was a pivotal element of the company\u2019s 2025 strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A new headquarters was inaugurated in the New Cairo area in the eastern capital, bringing the total number of the company\u2019s operational sites in Egypt to 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He considered this expansion a reflection of the group’s confidence in the Egyptian market and its capacity to absorb further investments in the outsourcing and customer experience sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that Concentrix also strengthened its partnership with the Egyptian government by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement includes investment plans aimed at increasing headcount in the coming period, confirming the company’s long-term commitment to developing local talent and contributing to the growth of the IT services industry in Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a related context, Sobhy mentioned that Concentrix Egypt was awarded the “Best Place to Work” certification during the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This reflects the company\u2019s focus on workforce empowerment, supporting diversity and inclusion, and prioritizing environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
