Eng. Hossam Seif El-Din, CEO of Capgemini Egypt for Consulting and Digital Transformation, stated that 2025 was a positive year filled with growth for the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He noted that the firm focused on strengthening technology and digital transformation services, building robust local capabilities, and creating high-quality job opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added: “The improvement in Egypt’s economic indicators has directly reflected on global investor confidence, significantly contributing to the expansion of our business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have also witnessed a continuous increase in the volume of projects executed internationally through our teams in Egypt, reinforcing the country’s position as a regional hub for digital service exports.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seif El-Din emphasized that the company achieved remarkable growth supported by the expansion of digital service exports and the increasing reliance on Egyptian talent to execute global projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company aims to sustain this double-digit growth in the coming period, aligning with the global group\u2019s direction and the state\u2019s strategy to boost outsourcing exports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On a global level, the parent group continued to deliver strong results, with revenues reaching \u20ac5.393 billion in the third quarter of 2025, a 2.9% increase at constant exchange rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seif El-Din mentioned that the company began its operations in Egypt in 2022 with a small team of 40 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, the team has grown to over 1,000 employees, reflecting the company\u2019s success in providing specialized job opportunities and attracting expertise in AI, data analytics, and cloud applications. He added: “We expect our workforce to reach approximately 1,700 by the end of 2026, as part of an expansion plan that confirms our commitment to hiring and developing local talent.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company is currently focusing on expanding its Global Service Center (GSC) in Egypt and enhancing its operational capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This includes a focus on innovation in AI, data analytics, and cloud services, as well as launching new services like Generative AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) will be inaugurated in Egypt, aimed at accelerating digital transformation journeys and supporting global clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The center will house an integrated team of architects, data scientists, product engineers, and project managers, enabling the company to provide end-to-end digital solutions from planning and design to execution. This ensures time-zone compatibility, multi-language capabilities, and easy accessibility for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Capgemini\u2019s Global Service Center in Egypt serves more than 50 global clients across multiple sectors. The expansion of international activity has allowed for an increase in the number of clients and the strengthening of partnerships, particularly with European markets, with a focus on delivering value-added services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Capgemini Egypt focuses on serving foreign markets, especially Europe and the Middle East, through its Global Service Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It provides multilingual services in Arabic, English, French, German, Turkish, and Italian.
