Andr\u00e9s Angelani began his career with the Argentinian company Globant when it was just a small startup in the digital services sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He played a pivotal role in building software development teams, expanding the client base, and contributing to the company’s growth from under two million dollars in revenue to becoming a public company listed on the US stock exchange in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Angelani then moved to Softvision where he served as CEO. During his leadership, Softvision was acquired by the global company Cognizant, making Angelani responsible for managing the global Digital Engineering segment\u2014a multi-billion-dollar sector\u2014where he successfully developed digital solutions and products at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Wizeline, Angelani served as President of Digital Transformation and a Board Member at Speedcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There, he led efforts to modernize products, develop digital systems, and automate operational processes, in addition to building new software capabilities for the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In April 2024, it was announced that Andr\u00e9s Angelani was appointed CEO of Wizeline, succeeding founder Bismarck Lepe, who transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Angelani’s new mission is to lead the company toward global expansion and reinforce its focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a core component of its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since taking the helm, Angelani launched the AI.R+ framework, which aims to accelerate productivity and support clients on their journey to transform into AI-driven business models. During the second quarter of 2024, Wizeline, under his leadership, secured new contracts valued at approximately $50 million, added 11 new clients from diverse sectors, and expanded its presence in Latin America by opening a new delivery center in Argentina and hiring over 200 people in Mexico and Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Angelani is known for being both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker, focusing on the importance of organizational culture, flexibility in the face of change, and aligning the company’s vision with market needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also regularly contributes articles and interviews on topics such as digital transformation, the integration of AI in business, and the role of innovation in corporate growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
