{"id":3098,"date":"2025-04-25T09:47:51","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T09:47:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ta3heed.com\/en\/?p=3098"},"modified":"2025-04-26T21:08:10","modified_gmt":"2025-04-26T21:08:10","slug":"customer-service-employee-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ta3heed.com\/en\/customer-service-employee-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Conditions for Registration in the Second Phase of the Customer Service Employee Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ta3heed Newsletter <\/strong>publishes the registration conditions for the second phase of the &#8220;Customer Service Employee Program,&#8221; launched by the Ministry of Communications in cooperation with the Hayah Karima Foundation and the Momken platform, as part of the &#8220;Digital Decent Life&#8221; initiative to empower youth and enhance their digital skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This phase targets young people in the villages covered by the &#8220;Hayah Karima&#8221; initiative and includes interactive and online training to qualify them to work in call centers or remotely using the latest digital tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The program will be implemented in several stages, including candidate screenings to identify the most prepared and willing individuals for qualification and excellence in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">By the end of the training program, trainees will be qualified to work efficiently as customer service employees with added value by adapting digital transformation tools and technologies to enable remote work via the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Registration Conditions for the Contact Center Employee Qualification Program:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Residency in any of the Hayah Karima villages (official documents such as the national ID card are required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The applicant&#8217;s age must be at least 21 years (born before January 1, 2003).<br>Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Basic knowledge of the English language is required, and good or excellent skills are preferred.<br>Availability of a personal computer, smartphone, and internet connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Availability of an active personal mobile phone number with the WhatsApp application installed.<br>Possession of an active personal email address (for communication).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Possession of good personal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Computer and internet usage skills are required, and prior certification in any of the basic levels of information technology (such as IC3 or ICDL, etc.) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ability for self-learning and online learning, and the ability to organize and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ta3heed Newsletter publishes the registration conditions for the second phase of the &#8220;Customer Service Employee Program,&#8221; launched by the Ministry of Communications in cooperation with the Hayah Karima Foundation and the Momken platform, as part of the &#8220;Digital Decent Life&#8221; initiative to empower youth and enhance their digital skills.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1483,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[32],"tags":[204,232,262,46,196],"class_list":["post-3098","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-services","tag-contact-centers","tag-customer-service","tag-customer-service-employee-program","tag-digital-egypt-strategy-for-the-outsourcing-industry","tag-outsourcing"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
