In a professional journey spanning over 27 years, Rania Salah has secured a prominent position among female leaders in the telecommunications and information technology sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She currently serves as the CEO of Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) Egypt, one of the largest outsourcing service providers in the Egyptian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rania began her career in 1998 as a customer service representative at Vodafone Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years, she advanced within the organization, armed with extensive experience and leadership vision that enabled her to take on various leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eventually, she returned to the local market to lead VOIS during one of its key growth phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She recalls, \u201cI started working in customer service, and I consider myself fortunate to have joined the company in its early stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She add “There were many risks and challenges, but, on the other hand, there were also significant opportunities for growth and development as the company expanded.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
