A number of global call center companies based in Egypt to provide their services around the world are looking for new young employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of international and local companies offer jobs in call centers for young people, in Arabic or English, and some in Spanish, with generous salaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of international and local companies in Egypt have announced their need for young men and women to work as call center agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call center agent jobs are considered one of the most suitable professions for young graduates and sometimes university students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer service employee profession does not require obtaining specific certificates or having special skills, as it only requires communication skills, speaking politely and self-control, for service providers in the Arabic language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call center employees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As for English speakers, they are sufficient to master it and get good salaries in return, while speakers of other foreign languages \u200b\u200bsuch as German or French get higher salaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The companies requesting call center employees this week varied between medium and large, most notably Vodafone Smart Services, Raya, and Air Arabia. It is worth noting that the prices of outsourcing services in Egypt are competitive, for several reasons, perhaps the most important of which is the difference in the dollar exchange rate, in addition to the presence of a broad base of qualified and trained youth who are able to speak many languages, in addition to the availability of a strong communications infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
