He has managed multi-site teams of hundreds of employees, generating millions of dollars in revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Prior to founding Pacific BPO, Shwetabh held leadership roles at a Fortune 100 health insurance company. His contributions to the healthcare BPO industry have been recognized by publications such as Silicon Review and BPO Times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Shwetabh holds a Master&#8217;s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute, India.
