framework for call centers in Egypt, issued by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>General highlights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The general framework for the license specified the license period as 5 years from the date of signing, renewable for other periods of five years each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Most important financial obligations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">License Fee: Paid once upon signing the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Annual fees paid annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">License Fee: Paid annually<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Insurance: A letter of guarantee or cash amount to secure the licensee&#8217;s compliance with the terms of the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The most important terms, obligations and licensing rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>First: The services subject to the license:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The call center outsourcing service provider has the right to establish and operate call centers and provide call center outsourcing services to others within the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing designated seats and trained agents, all with the service provider&#8217;s commitment to notify the Authority of its call centers and any updates thereto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The call center outsourcing service provider is also committed to all internationally recognized construction and technical standards and specifications when establishing call centers, and is also committed to all technical standards and specifications related to this establishment that are determined by the Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">While the call center outsourcing service provider has the right to connect to the fixed telephone network through one of the fixed telephone service providers in order to send and receive calls for its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The call center outsourcing service provider has the right to connect internationally by contracting with one of the companies licensed to provide international communications services to others to rent an international connection circuit between the call center and a collection point outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
