Abu Alam: The exchange rate crisis and bank card controls must be resolved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Engineer Amr Abu Alam, an expert in the communications and technology sector, said that the focus during the current year must be on providing the necessary cadres to keep pace with companies\u2019 needs for expertise in various fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abu Alam said that the current situation is witnessing strong competition between countries in the region and some European markets to attract talent, which represents pressure on international and local companies operating in Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n

He added that the change in the exchange rate and restrictions on the use of bank cards made it difficult for young people to obtain international training and certificates due to high prices and the difficulty of paying their examination fees, even though they are an essential component in obtaining decent job opportunities. Therefore, solutions must be found to these problems that affect the outsourcing industry. directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bahjat: We need more coordination between companies to accommodate the needs of the sector<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For his part, Ahmed Bahgat, CEO of VXI, a company for outsourcing services in the Middle East and North Africa, said that the most priority file that the government is supposed to focus on is more coordination between companies to accommodate the sector\u2019s needs and coordinate this with government agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ITIDA, for example, provides diverse training programs that suit many graduates, and this must be integrated with the need to provide operating places that suit the industry and are ready for companies at prices that support the possible expansion of the industry with inflation and the rise in real estate prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding his vision of what the industry will look like in 2024, the CEO of VXI Outsourcing Services explained that he is very optimistic that the industry will grow further during the current year.<\/p>\n\n\n

Shaima Abdel Aziz, CEO of GoChat 247 for outsourcing services, said that the company needs more facilities from the government to support the growth of the outsourcing industry during 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abdel Aziz called for providing suitable areas as headquarters for providing outsourcing services in Cairo, such as the technology parks managed by the Silicon Oasis Company, while supporting them with a strong infrastructure, especially electricity and the Internet, especially in light of the high rental prices in the technology park in Maadi, which is considered the only suitable area in Greater Cairo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She believes that the government should focus its efforts during 2024 on providing technology parks in appropriate numbers and good prices in Greater Cairo, which will greatly support the growth of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She believes that the rest of the industry\u2019s requirements, such as training for human resources, marketing, or software, companies can rely on themselves for, but the most important part, according to Abdul Aziz, remains providing suitable places at reasonable prices.<\/p>\n\n\n
